He received his <\/span><span class=\"s11\">B.Sc. (2002)<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, <\/span><span class=\"s11\">M.Sc. (2007)<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, and <\/span><span class=\"s11\">Ph.D. (2013)<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> in Structural Engineering from the <\/span><span class=\"s11\">Warsaw University of Technology, Poland<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s4\">His research expertise encompasses <\/span><span class=\"s11\">computational structural mechanics<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, <\/span><span class=\"s11\">Finite Element Analysis (FEA)<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, and the numerical simulation of reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures using advanced engineering platforms such as <\/span><span class=\"s11\">ABAQUS, LS-DYNA, and MSC Patran<\/span><span class=\"s4\">. His research interests include structural performance under fire, blast, corrosion, seismic and impact loading, as well as ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC), sustainable construction materials, and Eurocode-based structural design.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s4\">Professor Saleh has authored <\/span><span class=\"s11\">more than 50 peer-reviewed international publications<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, including numerous <\/span><span class=\"s11\">Scopus-indexed articles<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> published in <\/span><span class=\"s11\">Q1 and Q2 international journals<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, in addition to publications with <\/span><span class=\"s11\">Horizon Research Publishing (HRPUB)<\/span><span class=\"s4\">. His scholarly work has significantly contributed to the advancement of structural durability, nonlinear finite element modeling, composite structures, and performance-based structural engineering.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s4\">In addition to his research achievements, Professor Saleh has held several senior academic leadership positions, including <\/span><span class=\"s11\">Head of the Civil Engineering Department<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, <\/span><span class=\"s11\">Head of the Structural Engineering Division<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, and <\/span><span class=\"s11\">Chair of the Ph.D. Committee in Structural Engineering<\/span><span class=\"s4\">at the Libyan Academy. He is an active reviewer for several prestigious international journals and a member of the <\/span><span class=\"s11\">International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering (IABSE)<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> and the <\/span><span class=\"s11\">U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC\u2013LEED)<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s4\">Recognized internationally for his scientific contributions, Professor Saleh has been invited to deliver <\/span><span class=\"s11\">keynote speeches<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, <\/span><span class=\"s11\">invited lectures<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, and participate in <\/span><span class=\"s11\">scientific and technical committees<\/span><span class=\"s4\">at major international conferences and academic forums in <\/span><span class=\"s11\">Japan, South Africa, Poland, France, Qatar, Morocco, and Tunisia<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.
